My Spanish GCSE – Online Spanish GCSE Tuition
Effective from December 2025
Welcome to My Spanish GCSE.
These Terms and Conditions explain how online Spanish GCSE tuition and related educational services are provided by Maribel Elina Fasciglione, trading as My Spanish GCSE.
By booking an introductory session, one-to-one Spanish GCSE lessons, homework services or structured Spanish GCSE programmes, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. They are intended to ensure clarity, fairness and mutual respect, and to protect the time, preparation and care invested in each service.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Where changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
1. Definitions
- Client
The parent, guardian or adult learner who books and pays for online Spanish GCSE tuition. - Student
The learner receiving Spanish GCSE tuition. This may be the Client or, in the case of minors, their child. - Tutor
Maribel Elina Fasciglione, independent private Spanish GCSE tutor. - Lessons
One-to-one online Spanish GCSE lessons delivered via Google Meet. - Programmes
Structured Spanish GCSE programmes, including the Personalised Program, Express Program and Summer Program. - Homework & Memory Practice
Weekly Spanish GCSE learning tasks (PDFs, worksheets and flashcards) designed to support memory and consolidation. - Introductory Session
A one-off paid session (£15) to assess level, understand learning needs and explain how online Spanish GCSE tuition works. This session does not guarantee a place in a programme. - Fees
Prices listed on the My Spanish GCSE website at the time of booking. - My Spanish GCSE
The educational service operated by Maribel Elina Fasciglione.
2. Bookings and Scheduling
All online Spanish GCSE lessons and programmes are booked through a Google Calendar booking system.
Clients are required to provide:
- full name
- email address
- telephone number
This information is used exclusively for lesson scheduling, communication and educational support.
No student portal or learning platform is provided. All communication and learning materials are shared directly by email or during lessons.
3. Online Behaviour and Code of Conduct
Online Spanish GCSE lessons are delivered in a calm, respectful and supportive environment.
Students are expected to:
- attend lessons on time
- use a quiet and appropriate learning space
- minimise distractions
- communicate respectfully
Parents and guardians support younger students in meeting these expectations.
If behaviour significantly disrupts learning, the Tutor may end the session early or withdraw services where necessary.
4. Online Lessons and Technical Requirements
Lessons are delivered online via Google Meet.
Students must have:
- a stable internet connection
- a laptop or computer (strongly recommended)
- a quiet learning environment
Technical issues on the Student’s side may result in the lesson being considered delivered.
If technical issues occur on the Tutor’s side, an alternative lesson or suitable learning support will be provided.
5. Status of the Tutor
All services are provided by Maribel Elina Fasciglione as an independent private Spanish GCSE tutor.
The Tutor is not employed by any school, organisation or client and is responsible for all professional, tax and legal obligations.
6. Introductory Session (£15)
All new students begin with a paid Introductory Session (£15).
This session:
- assesses the student’s level
- explains how online Spanish GCSE tuition works
- answers questions
The Introductory Session is standalone, non-refundable and does not guarantee ongoing tuition.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
All lessons are personalised and prepared in advance.
- 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel a lesson
- 24 hours’ notice is required to request rescheduling
- Lessons cancelled late or missed are charged as taken
- Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp
Where appropriate notice is given, one of the following may be offered:
- lesson rescheduling
- future lesson credit
- personalised learning resources or recorded explanations
All services are non-refundable once booked.
8. Homework, Materials and Learning Expectations
Homework is an essential part of Spanish GCSE progress.
Students are expected to have:
- access to a computer
- a notebook and pen for handwritten notes
All materials are for personal use only and may not be shared.
9. Safeguarding and Minors
My Spanish GCSE works primarily with minors. Safeguarding is taken seriously.
Lessons are strictly educational. Parents remain responsible for students outside lesson time.
Services may be paused or withdrawn if safeguarding concerns arise.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

11. Payments
All online Spanish GCSE tuition must be paid in advance.
Payment methods vary by programme and will be explained at booking.
12. Limitation of Liability
Progress and exam results cannot be guaranteed.
The Tutor is not responsible for indirect losses or issues outside her control.
13. Intellectual Property
All learning materials are the intellectual property of the Tutor and are provided for personal use only.
14. Communication
Communication is primarily via email. WhatsApp may be used for urgent lesson-related matters.
15. Changes
The most recent version of these Terms and Conditions will always apply.
16. Agreement
By booking services with My Spanish GCSE, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
